Seven partially-selective grammar schools in South West Hertfordshire have combined to select their pupils based on the results of one 11 plus exam, known as a secondary transfer test. It is used to assess:
Your child's progress and potential in core subjects
Whether your child is likely to thrive at grammar school
These schools assess candidates on academic, music and/or sports criteria. This is unique to the South West Herts Consortium.
Croxley Danes School – music criteria only
Parmiter's School – academic & music criteria
Queens' School – academic, music & sports criteria
Rickmansworth School – academic & music criteria
St Clement Danes School – academic & music criteria
Watford Grammar School for Boys – academic & music criteria
Watford Grammar School for Girls – academic & music criteria
